    Enjoyed our meal overall. Food was of the highest quality. Our medium rare NY strip was prepared closer to rare, with a cold red center. Everything else was made and served just right.

    The food was very good. NY Strip, Filet, twice baked potato and Lobster Mac n Cheese were excellent. BUT service was non-existent. Understaffed. Waitress never brought drinks over, the manager had to do it. Waitress never came back to table after initial ordering.

    We arrived at 5:30 for a 5:45 reservation. We sat for 35 minutes without any one coming to our table.. we then approached the hostess and asked her what the problem was. There were 6 tables including the ours occupied. The rest of the tables got services. We then again approached the hostess. Still not even water. We finally got a waitress, and at 8:00 with still no second beverage and dessert that we ordered, we spoke to the manager. Horrible experience

    Good food, but service was not good at all. Had to wait 20 minutes for drinks and an hour for food. Water came out in plastic cups, not even glassware.

    Overpriced steakhouse. No hint of fine dining at all. Emeril’s, on the same property, has a way nicer ambiance. No complimentary bread service. No water refills offered until we were signing the check. Steaks and side were not cooked properly and had to be sent back. Couldn’t remember a time when we ever had to send food back. Flavors were there once we got food back. Had a great experience at Fogo de Chao a few nights ago and paid less there. Ruth’s Chris across the street had a lot of people waiting - they probably knew to avoid this Steakhouse on the Caesars side.

    The service was amazing and the chef was out standing just can’t say enough about them food was out of this world and service awesome can’t thank them enough made my trip great

    Mediocre food. Server was attentive and helpful. Crab risotto made with pastina or instant rice, not what you would expect.

    Arrived late. However, service was prompt. The service was excellent. The food was so so good. The carrot cake was fresh and great. Would definitely visit again. We had red snapper for entree. Thank you!

    Service was VERY slow. They didn’t have what we ordered, then came back and told us. Bar was eternally slow. Took 20 minutes to get one drink. Ordered another and it never arrived. Wouldn’t go back.
