Welcome to The Thornhill Arms located within the picturesque village of Rushton, Northamptonshire.

Conveniently located between Corby & Kettering and a stones throw from Market Harborough.

Independent family owned pub & restaurant, we strive to make you feel relaxed and unwind while within our bar, dining rooms or beautiful garden..
All our food is home cooked using fresh ingredients weather it be a monumental homemade burger or traditional Cod & Chips to a Club Sandwich we have something for everyone’s tastes.

A warm welcome awaits parties large and small.

We aim to offer tasty, whole-hearted meals to eat in any of our dining rooms, bar or garden overlooking the beautiful countryside.

We met up with some friends for lunch following a late night seeing the new year in. We wanted pub grub, and that’s what we had! Lovely food, relaxed setting, friendly staff and good value for money! The Thornhill Arms never disappoints

The pub is lovely and the food was all a reasonable price. The table was so packed in i couldn't get into place without moving it and although the table was for 4, I had to move the spare chair away to get under. Every time the people on the table next to us wanted to get out, i had to stand up and move my chair. I think we were just unlucky with our table as some of the others weren't so bad. We were put by the door so people constantly walking passed. The food was ok, the meat was dry and tough. As its a carvery, the veg seemed like it had sat a long while. Just not somewhere i would go back to. Such a shame for such a nice pub.

Lovely food, excellent choice on Festive menu and very good value for 3 courses. Not sure that their call buzzer thing on table works very well, ordered coffees and liquors to finish off meal, they never came. Pressed buzzer, no one came, only when a lady came and asked 'did we want the bill's we cancelled. Not a real issue, it did not spoil the evening - maybe we should have done the old fashioned thing and just gone to the bat,lol!

Fantastic food, lovely friendly staff. Christmas menu had good choice, and vegetarian dish was delightful

The food was hot and tasty. We opted for the carvery where there was plenty of choice. The service was excellent, both from Bar staff and our waitress. Prices seem to have gone up some, so it's not as good value as it used to be, however still competitive with other pubs. Would definitely visit again
