Guests will be welcomed with a delightful mimosa, toasting to the happiest season of all. Price: Adults: $90 per person Children (aged 6-12 years): $45 per person Date and Time: Sundays from November 17th to December 29th, from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm Reservations cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a $50 charge per person.

                                          Vermillion Room offered an elegant Christmas Eve dinner in a perfect setting. Food was abundant, varied, and gourmet. Service was outdtanding, which is our recurring experience there. The smoked fish and raw bar was amazing and desserts were art.

                                          Wow, wow and wow! Seated at the window in front of the ice rink was like a beautiful Hallmark card. Food was spectacular. Service was top notch with servers even taking the time to guide us on what to see in the hotel. Can’t wait to come back!

                                          First off, the food was really good! We’ve been there several times and love the Fairmont. The only complaint we have is that we booked on open table and we weren’t aware that our booking time (11:30 am) made us just miss the buffet that we love so much. Open Table and/or The Vermillion Room could have made it more obvious upon the time of booking that the buffet would be ended by this time. Thus, we were forced do the a la cart. Still great, but none the less we were really looking g forward to the buffet. We know for next time!!
