At The Millbrook Inn, the term “local food” is literal: we are surrounded by family farms of every kind, and insist our menu is sourced only from the finest ingredients in Millbrook and the Hudson Valley. In our elegant but laid-back bar and conservatory, we serve elevated, but not fussy, American cuisine, supporting local farmers and purveyors of every kind: from produce to eggs; from poultry to pork; from dairy to maple syrup. Our signature burger, has been called “one of the best burgers” in the Hudson Valley. In the evening, our intimate bar comes alive, with a wood-burning fireplace, great wines, and local, award-winning spirits and liquors. Just like our kitchen, we insist our bar is local; and showcase the best wines and spirits produced right here in Millbrook, the Hudson Valley, and New York State wine regions. We also offer outdoor dining, in our adjacent patio set amidst flower gardens and string lights.

    Looking for an intimate, romantic New Year’s, festive without the overpriced price fixed menu? Then come to The Vintage, where we will serve amazing food and cocktails, play beautiful music, and provide a festive atmosphere for those who want a quieter evening. Our a la carte menu will feature festive, elevated dishes to celebrate the New Year! IMPORTANT NOTE: the $20/per person charge holds your table, and is applied as a credit to your dinner bill. You have 8 days from reservation to cancel for full refund, minus a 5% cancellation fee. Any other cancellation or no-show will not be eligible for a refund. We welcome children aged 13 and above.

    Enjoy an intimate and festive Christmas Eve dinner in our elegant dining room or cozy bar; order a la carte from any of our Christmas Eve specials for a delicious holiday meal! PLEASE NOTE: Due to our small size, a $20/per person deposit is taken to reserve your holiday table; it is applied as a credit to your final bill; and is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel less than 8 days in advance of the holiday or no-show. If you do cancel more than 8 days in advance, a credit will be processed minus a $2 cancellation fee per person. Please call for larger table requests. As a reminder, children 13 and older are welcome at The Inn.

                        This was our first time here but certainly won't be our last. The ambiance is just lovely. Spacious rooms, fireplace, beautiful decor. My wife and I enjoyed our meal start to finish. Our server, Maggie, was just awesome -- friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. A+ server. Our meals were fantastic. The warm biscuit with orange butter was perfect. Our starter was roasted root vegetables over celery root puree. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. I had the pasta special which was very obviously homemade tagliatelle with vegetables. Everything was perfectly cooked with a great light sauce and large portions which I love so I can have the leftovers. We shared a chocolate hazelnut caramel tart that was one of the best restaurant desserts I've ever had. We absolutely loved our dinner at the Millbrook Inn and plan to return over and over and bring friends!

                        Terrific spot for a quiet, relaxing brunch. Tge Inn is lovely. The menu seemed a bit limited at first, but was supplemented by daily specials. Friendly, very efficient service.

                        We just dined here for brunch: it is a beautiful, tastefully decorated and charming restaurant with amazing farm to table food. The burger (which my husband and I both had) was the best we’ve ever had - the quality of the beef, the seasoning, the accoutrements etc., as was everything else that our party of four had or shared: the chips, the bacon (we got three orders for just four of us, it was that good), the pasta special, and the desserts. Our server Maggie was very good and helpful, and the meal was wonderful. We will look for opportunities to come back, and will travel out of our way to do so. Highly recommend.

                        The Vintage brunch was a lovely way to spend an afternoon after a brisk morning hike. We were seated in front of the fire under remarkable portraits of our founders— even some women— drinking delicious Autumn Royales. We ate fresh pasta with squash and sausage, the burger, the french toast sticks and a boozy sorbet exploding with flavor. We will definitely return.Winter suddenly looks much brighter!
