Sitting in the middle of stunning Derbyshire countryside, The White Hart Inn is a classic English inn given a swirl of modernity thanks to a recent
renovation. Reclaimed brick and stone walls with solid oak beams mean the original character of the building has stayed intact but expect
plenty of 21st century touches. Bedrooms feature stylish fabrics with on­-trend wallpapers, crisp white bed linens and chic scatter cushions.
Downstairs the welcoming wood­-panelled bar serves real ales, cocktails and everything in between while the restaurant dishes up homemade meals using locally ­sourced ingredients.

    Really great place. I liked the design of the environment and the detail, like the menus and the bill box. The food was very good as was the service. Will go again.

    We booked a table after a recommendation from a friend and am so happy we did, it is quite simply gorgeous, everything gorgeous! The waiting staff were so delightful and made our meal so much nicer. We shall definitely return and recommend to friends and family

    Me and a group of friends eat out at different pubs all over derbyshire every thursday, we haven't eaten at the white hart for a while and we won't be heading back there again in a while either, food was really average and the service was terrible

    When we got there the booking hadn’t come through on the white hart system. Luckily they had space for us. I would of been angry as well as disappointed if it would have been fully booked.

    Nice lunch. Garden menu a bit limited but if you like decent burgers and Pizzas then it’s great.

    Fabulous outdoor seating area. Lovely comfortable seats, very clean and tables evenly spaced. Very nice atmosphere and service and food really excellent.

    First time out since March and was a little worried due to the current situation but there was no need to be worried at all. All well set out and staff were fantastic.
