We are accepting reservations to make your experience the most pleasurable. The White Marlin is a magnificent beach front steak and seafood restaurant that boasts a selection of seafood with a longstanding commitment to offering top quality ingredients from local fisheries up and down the coast of Florida. Freshness is our only priority working directly with fishermen and farmers, to bring you the most amazing fresh catches and beef there is to offer. With an ethos of spotlighting ingredients first, The White Marlins menu features simple preparations executed to perfection to allow quality to take center stage. We have two dining options for our guests experience between the more casual and lively Oyster Bar and patio to the traditional Main Dining Room. The Main Dining Room possesses classic and sophisticated warmth, is adorned with sharp accents throughout the room and plush seating lends the ideal setting for celebratory dinners or just a simple night on the town.

Explore the main dining menu options, guided by our expert servers who offer perfect wine or sake pairings to complement each dish. 1st Course- Escorted to the bar for cocktail and appetizers 2nd Course- Escorted to our Oysterette and Sushi Bar for oysters and sushi of your choice with sake or wine by the glass. (We will suggest pairings for your best experience) 3rd Course- Escorted to the Main Dining room for your main course. (Wine pairing suggestions offered by your server) 4th Course- Escorted outside to a private table setup with rose petals, roses, candles and balloons for dessert and champagne.

    Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. A friendly welcome from the hostess, to great service by our server to awesome food. We have enjoyed The White Marlin and Oysterette on numerous occasions and it never disappoints. I highly recommend them for an all wonderful dining experience.

    We loved everything!! The food was delicious, the service was excellent and it is one of the most beautiful restaurants that I’ve ever been to!

    Jynn our server was great! She was very fun, pleasant and attentive ! Additionally, LA, the GM was very kind and. Accommodating! We had great food, drinks and fun! I always enjoy the White Marlin!

    Our White Marlin experience was fantastic! Both dishes we ordered were sooo good! From the minute we walked in the door the decor, view, welcoming staff and most of all the food was delicious! We live one hour away and will definitely be back and bring friends with us!

    Then interior is coastal elegance but the interior is too loud.. Service was excellent! Dishes ordered, were surf and turf along with the snapper special: both were delicious while the crab cake was not as "lump" as it should have been. The squash appetizer was a dud. Oysters, pretty good but the baked were barely baked and the mignonette that accompanied the raw was overly sweet. Lastly the brownie dessert was so-so.

    Have eaten here before (yearly as a visitor) but have never seen it as busy as this day. Nonetheless, we were seated promptly. Ray was our waitress and she was SO GOOD that I will definitely ask for her next time we’re in town. Drinks are stiff here, well worth the price. Excellent coconut shrimp for a shared appetizer. We ordered the swordfish special and the grouper for our entrees. Portions were generous with tasty side dishes and attractive presentation. Lastly, we shared one of the best crème brûlée desserts we’ve ever had. Most definitely coming back!
