- 外燴Head Chef Danni Barry is one of an elite group of female chefs to be awarded a Michelin star in the UK and Ireland. Known best for achieving a Michelin star for Deanes EIPIC & crowned All IrelandChef of the Year from Food and Wine magazine 2016 and Restaurant Associations of Ireland Chef of the year 2017. Danni's culinary knowledge has been gained through her various travels across South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Mainland Europe. During her travels, she worked in numerous high-end restaurants. Danni worked at Simon Rogan's L'Enclume in Cumbria and was then appointed at Rogan & Co in Cartmel. Michael Deane persuaded Danni to come back to Belfast to take the reins of EIPIC. Danni is driven by her passion for only the freshest and most seasonal produce being cooked to perfection. Her cooking is progressive, honest, flavoursome, light, visual, balanced and modern.

- Public transitFrom Dublin get the 132 Bus Eireann Bus from the Connolly Luas Bus Stop and purchase a ticket for Annalecky Cross (bus can be Tullow / Bunclody). Approx. 16 km after Blessington get off bus at Annaleckey Cross at The Olde Toll House pub. You will need to pre-book a taxi with Dermot Allen 087 2516623 to bring you to the retreat centre.
