A restaurant experience like no other, horseshoe booths reimagine the shape of the original stables that once backed onto Dering Yard, now the Medici Courtyard. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and wrap yourself up in one of our cosy pashminas and share after work drinks with friends, as you peruse the seafood, steak, and salad courses. Fully enclosed from the elements, yet with verdant views out to the leafy foliage surrounding the terrace, where better to shake off the English weather from your umbrella, refuel and reset your balance beneath the ambient warmth radiating from our heaters. It’s always alfresco dining season on The Terrace.

I book through open table, and the waitress was rude so stated we don’t have a reservation and we can just leave. She said it in a rude way without respecting us.. definitely wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend it at all

So bad service. The waitress was rude and our booking they searched for a long time, even said that they didn't see our booking… me and my friend felt like rubbish…

Fantastic experience at Maine. We had a server by the name of Callum that couldn’t have been more helpful! For that reason alone we would go back again.

5 stars all round! Exceptional service from every single member of the team & phenomenal value for money. I had read mixed reviews so wasn’t quite sure what to expect but was very pleased we had picked The Maine Terrace on this sunny afternoon. We had the set menu, happy hour & £1 a shuck oysters. The set menu had such good choices that we all struggled to choose. Every dish we ordered was scrumptious. At £40 for 3 courses I really don’t know how they do it. The rib-eye & sticky toffee pudding deserve 6 stars! They have a great wine list & 241 cocktails in happy hour - what’s not to like. Also be sure not to miss the oysters which are only £1 each during Happy Hour & tasted divine. Most notable of all though was the polished service from every single member of staff which is so rare in London nowadays. We will definitely be coming back.

Special occasion so wanted something to match. Good and service were excellent and location great too. Huge wine selection and menus were good with a fixed menu available or full a la carte. Service was excellent. Outdoors was lovely as protected from the elements if needed. Will be back
