Please present your parking ticket to a Thomsons server for validation. Hyatt also offers valet in case self-parking slots are full. Valet fees apply. Alternative parking is also available nearby.

    The Christmas buffet was nothing short of exceptional, offering a feast that delighted both the palate and the spirit. The Prince Edward Island oysters were a treasure of flavor—small, fresh, briny, and utterly delectable. However, the real showstopper was the turkey stuffing, a masterpiece that evoked the comforting flavors of a cherished family recipe. Paired with a perfectly moist and tender free range turkey, it was an absolute highlight of the meal. The only minor drawbacks of the lunch were the temperature in the main dining room; it was uncomfortably cold, even for someone who tends to feel warm in most settings— and the significant delays in the food being replaced on the buffet (we had to wait for the sushi station to be replenished as the fish seemed to disappear as soon as it was put out, the cranberry sauce was next to impossible to find, the bread station had no butter); details that detracted slightly from an otherwise stellar dining experience. Despite this minor inconvenience, the buffet's quality and presentation were unquestionably "top drawer," making it a memorable culinary celebration of the season.

    Great experience was very good! Food delicious! Service was fantastic! We all had a very enjoyable Christmas Eve Dinner with wine pairing and will definitely do again.

    Service was slow. Took a while before server even came to our table. And then delivered drinks to only two of us while the rest were waiting. The food was great though.

    Great service from Joy and very pleasant at the omelette/benny station with the gentleman working there. The restaurant accommodated our seating request which really enhanced the experience for us with where we were seated. Food selection for this buffet has drastically decreased but the quality is still strong.

    It was my 1st time eating lunch at Thomson's Kitchen at Hyatt Regency. Tried their Business Set Lunch with 3 courses only $23. Great value, tasty as well. Good place for meeting friends at lunch in downtown. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Waitress was very friendly, I and my friend enjoyed so much there. Highly recommended this place for friends.

    Friendly welcome on arrival, great ambiance, excellent service and food. We could hear each other without shouting! A special birthday occasion was recognized by the staff in a lovely way. We’ll be back.

    Our server was amazing -- I would likely spell her name incorrectly however we have had her many times before and she is just lovely, kind, and efficient. She always makes our time at Thomsons wonderful.

    Location is great. Service subpar. Three waitresses but no where to be found but chatting on the other side of the restaurant by the bar throughout the 1 hr we were there. Asked for tea and coffee and that took 15 and 2 waitresses to obtain the coffee and tea. Appalled at the lack of service for a 50 per person brunch.
