I really wanted to love Thirty Three Thirty, especially after seeing all the teaser videos online showcasing its vibrant ambiance. Unfortunately, after my visit, I regret to say I won’t be returning. The restaurant had all the potential to be the next big thing in Scottsdale, but it seems to have missed the mark in several key areas.
Despite making a reservation, we were made to wait an additional hour before being seated, even though we were only a party of two. The food, which I had high hopes for, was overpriced for what was served. The portion sizes didn’t match the price tag, which is always a letdown, especially when you're paying for an elevated experience and are hungry.
Even the entertainment, like the dancers walking around dressed as glowing butterflies, didn’t live up to the expectations set by the promotional material. What should have been an exciting part of the evening felt more like an afterthought.
I did share my concerns with management, but the conversation quickly turned into a back-and-forth debate. It wasn’t until the end of the discussion that I was offered a complimentary dessert, which wasn’t my intention at all. While I appreciate the gesture, it didn’t address the core issue: the service simply didn’t match the hype or the price.
My wife, who works in social media, was considering bringing a group of friends for an event and content creation, but after hearing about my experience, we both agreed it was best to look for a different venue perhaps Elephante.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed. Thirty Three Thirty has the potential to be something great, but it needs to refine both its menu and service to truly deliver the experience it promises. I genuinely hope they take this feedback to heart and make the necessary improvements. Wishing them the best of luck moving forward.
