Join us for a memorable evening of fine dinning at Thyme Restaurant on Tuesday December 10th, as we dive into a luxurious Laurent-Perrier Champagne Wine Pairing Dinner. Hosted by Brand Ambassador Jean-Baptiste Bouyer & Restauranteur Ericsson Nunez, they will provide a harmonized five course pairing menu which is sure to awaken your senses. Experience will take place in our mezzanine dining room upstairs; this space is designed for discovery in a communal seating style, conversation, as well as a small dose of education. The experience is limited to twenty-five guests, book now as availability is limited. Final payment due at restaurant at the end of the experience, reservation requires a $50 credit hold per person. See you there.

Food was priced good and everyone enjoyed their meal. Dissapointed in high wine prices from all different areas of world . Didn’t know any of them in list and would not have paid that much. For people to co e back you need to have some reasonable wines or a house wine. Per glass prices way too much as well.

Thanks for a very nice dining experience. Thankfully, we sat upstairs to be as far away from a noisy large table on the main floor as possible. It is frustrating when some patrons feel their conversations should be so loud the entire restaurant can hear them.

Eric, the new owner/manager has done an outstanding job of elevating Thyme to the premier lunch spot of El Paso’s West side. Leagues better than its predecessor, Thyme Matters. Great food and service. Impressive wine list.

We ordered salmon, requesting it to be cooked medium, but it was brought out well done. After sending it back, it returned undercooked. We decided to accept it, as we didn't want to complain again. The meal was unsatisfactory.

The place is very nice so is the ambience. The food was well prepared but lacked flavor, drinks too sweet.😒

The ambiance is beautiful, so relaxing. The food from the appetizer to the main course, delicious! The staff was attentive too. An overall positive experience!

I made my reservation for 9:30 (which was an option) I arrived 9:32 and they said they wouldn’t be able to give us service and kitchen will close at 10! Why would they have the option though. Stop receiving reservations or people at 9.
