Located in the historic village of Roslyn, and overlooking Gerry Park and the Roslyn Duck Pond, thyme has a harmonious approach to food which embraces wholesome ingredients with diligent preparation. The finest and freshest ingredients and presentation make all the difference at thyme, and we work closely with local farms and purveyors whenever seasonally possible.

Spectacular presentation is an essential part of the thyme experience, so menus embrace the essence of seasons in both flavor and color. It is our desire to create a dining experience that is similar to a night out with your closest friends; warm, engaging and pleasing to all the senses!

    The meal was wonderful (including the Seder plate and matzoh), and the service couldn't have been better. Although we were kept waiting to be seated (seated at 5:40p for a 5p reservation), the staff was lovely and kept us informed, and we had a wonderful time!

    The Passover Sedar plate was beautifully done. I invited a party of 7 to dine for Passover and we all agreed that every course was delicious and the dinner was well managed by the entire staff.

    I did not expect to sit upstairs when I booked my reservation on Open Table. I ordered the scallops & shrimp entree and was dissatisfied when my order contained 2 scallops & 2 shrimp. I did leave hungry as did the other person who ordered it. That’s the main reason for the 3 star review. Staff is pleasant and efficient. It was noisy though. Food was prepared very well. Other dishes were duck tacos, mussels, turkey burger & 1 other dish I forgot.

    My wife and I have been coming here for years and it was our first time for brunch. As usual great food and service. Brunch is a prefix menu that includes a drink.

    First time at Thyme, and we absolutely will go back many times. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The restaurant, itself, is lovely.
