Located in the historic village of Roslyn, and overlooking Gerry Park and the Roslyn Duck Pond, thyme has a harmonious approach to food which embraces wholesome ingredients with diligent preparation. The finest and freshest ingredients and presentation make all the difference at thyme, and we work closely with local farms and purveyors whenever seasonally possible.

Spectacular presentation is an essential part of the thyme experience, so menus embrace the essence of seasons in both flavor and color. It is our desire to create a dining experience that is similar to a night out with your closest friends; warm, engaging and pleasing to all the senses!

    Food and ambiance were outstanding. Extensive menu with delicious dishes. Service was friendly but became slow as the restaurant filled. Overall a great meal.

    We truly enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner at Thyme! The food was exceptionally delicious and well-presented. The service was on point too. Loved it and will definitely go again.

    We come here frequently and love it. It’s Christmas Eve tradition to come here with our now extended family. We love the drinks, food, service, and atmosphere. It can be a little loud with different crowds at times for an intimidate space so be mindful if you are looking a place where it’s easy to hear everyone go earlier in the evening!

    An amazing restaurant. The ambiance, Food, and staff are incredible. The hostess always has a smile, welcomes you with pride and always remembers who you are. This is a GEM!

    Took my girlfriend for her birthday. Amazing brunch menu with a complimentary beverage, alcohol and non-options. The view and fireplace were really cozy. Food was outstanding! Staff were very attentive and friendly. They even brought out a little surprise birthday treat and candle along with singing haha They have valet parking as well. I would definitely recommend this place and will most certainly be returning!

    Thyme is one of my favorites restaurants. I always have excellent food and a great experience there. Can’t wait to go back!
