Please note TIDAL+ is a cashless establishment. All checks will have a 18% service charge added. 100% of the service charge is distributed to the team who served you. Additional tip is up to your discretion.

    I was in town for a conference and delighted to learn a seafood restaurant was in the hotel. The drinks were tasty and the halibut was delicious. Dessert (baked Alaska) was the best I’ve had! Oysters were underwhelming.

    This place is called TIDAL, a seafood restaurant, and yet they had barely any seafood on their menu! Bait and switch!

    Took awhile to get service even just water and they were not busy. Wait staff did know what kind of salmon they served or anything about the menu. Didn’t ask what sides we wanted when there were options. Didn’t check back after food was served and we had to pay 18> service charge?? No thank you. We won’t be back.

    The seafood chowder was delicious. The wedge salad and its salad dressing were very ordinary. Same is true for the chicken sandwich- very ordinary. The accompanying coleslaw was very good.

    A great location for Happy Hour. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the Happy Hour pricing was a bonus. Service was excellent.

    First visit to Tidal. Nice! Close to Paramount Theatre; was there during Happy Hour for pre-show nibbles and cocktails. Wait staff great. Food great. Baked Alaska dessert wonderful. Will return. Thank you!

    Great customer service. All of my questions were answered quickly. Food was delicious. The fish and chips were so crispy you could hear the crunch a table away .

    We had Sunday brunch here. Good selection of items on the menu, and we were both happy with our choices. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, as we waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Finally someone who must have been the manager stepped in. Once the order was taken, the food arrived promptly. When the waiter brought the bill, she apologized for the slow service and deducted a couple of items from the total. Overall a pleasant experience.
