Timber's Restaurant is an American food outlet which serves fast-food as well as seafood options. The restaurant has a sunny ambience and classic interiors which are very relaxing. The waiting staff at the restaurant is very friendly and cooperative. Timber's Restaurant offers live music for entertainment as well as television and free Wi-Fi. Really enjoyed the ambience and our server was great. However, all of our steaks were really overdone (ordered Medium Rare).

I really enjoyed the location and atmosphere. There is history behind the structure. Read the menu. The food was prepared well. I will definitely plan another trip there when I can.

We chose this location because we heard that the steaks were good and the outdoor area was great for kids. Our kids had a blast playing while we enjoyed eating a nice meal. Cons: The outdoor area was pretty tired and dirty. The tables and chairs were scattered around randomly and the outdoor automatic flood light would turn on and off during the meal and that was pretty annoying. One of the big neon red lights running along side the trim of the building burnt out during our meal. We were told that the patio heaters would not be turned on during our meal by the hostess at the front, however (without us asking but we were glad) someone came and tried to turn it on but was unable to. My husband turned it on after he left. Overall the outside area was pretty messy- not just the kids area. There was a roped off area that was really unsightly. Also maybe this is normal but two out of the four steaks had the little plastic markers indicating the doneness level still on them. I think if the outdoor area was tidied up a bit and they put flowers out at each table it would feel a lot better outside. Pros: EXCELLENT customer service. So polite and really listened well. We received exactly what we ordered. Our server even suggested a mocktail from the bar when I said I couldn't drink alcohol and I really enjoyed my drink. They were so sweet with my kids as well and took their orders really patiently which I really appreciated. The food was good and everything tasted really fresh. I asked if they made their ceasar dressing in house which they did, as well as their pies which is rare. I get the impression that their food is important to them, which I appreciate when going out. I really hope they get their fountain up and running near the front desk again because it was beautiful! Overall I really like this place and plan to come back!

The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made it a memorable occasion for meeting our friends. The Tri-tip salad was fantastic.

What’s great place. I didn’t know what to expect being a roadside steakhouse next to freeway but it was great. The inside is warm and inviting, the menu had lots of wonderful options! I orders the fresh catch of pan seared halibut over orzo. Delicious. Vegas cooled perfectly! My husband ordered the chicken piccata and it was equally delicious. Came with warm garlic bread and choice of soup or salad. Great dessert menu as well. I’ll definitely go back when I’m up that way again!

Being Goleta Locals we love this place. Great for a quick lunch and a beer or for a special occasion dinner. We are always welcomed with a big smile and a “Welcome back!”. Service has always been outstanding, we love the history and ambiance of the building, and the food is consistently wonderful. This place feels like home.
