This is evident in the woody smoky notes it lends to roasted local mushrooms, oven baked leeks and spice-rubbed lamb.<br /> <br />Authentic pizza features frequently on our table. The handformed dough is made from an organic stone-milled flour to create a crisp light pizza base that is as delicious as the ingredients it supports.
