Friendly staff. The menu options gave the impression that there were two courses per person for both starter & main course. The reality is only two starters , two mains and one dessert per table, regardless of numbers (we were 3). The limited menu means a very limited choice when meat eaters and vegetarians dine together. Nice location but the food was limited, unimaginative, overpriced for essentially a takeaway quality offering. Overall disappointing. Drinks get a 20% service charge. 15% service on food. Very odd. No photos of food. Not worth it. Food came when ready despite only two dishes per table.

Main course was a bit too salty. Also I had informed that it was our 15th anniversary but there was no special gesture from them.

Disappointing experience. First, I specifically requested a mocktail as I don’t drink alcohol, yet the waiters brought me an alcoholic drink. Then, they served the wrong order to our table, and to top it off, they forgot one of the desserts, bringing only one instead of what we had ordered. The food itself was underwhelming—only a few of the starters were enjoyable, but overall, it wasn’t worth it. You’re essentially just paying for the view from The Shard, but even then, you’ll need to spend an extra £50 per person for a guaranteed window seat. For the price, the experience is a complete waste of money and time—extremely underwhelming with poor service and mediocre food. You’re better off going elsewhere for better food, better service, and far better value.

Honestly, I was so disappointed in the food at the Ting. I went today, a Saturday, and I believed a day after valentine the food would be tasty. I ordered the chicken satay and scallops for starters - they were so bland, and the peanut sauce for satay chicken was so disgusting. I have had so much better at far less established restaurants. For mains we had the chicken and prawn (wok) and the bang bang noodles with the egg fried rice - so so so bland. The food had no salt. I need to mention it took 1 hour and 15mins from the start to receive the mains. The food was so poor in taste. Nothing was ‘yum’. Nothing was scrumptious. So dissatisfying. Not worth the money, please do not visit! I could make better food at home.

I can’t put into words how disappointed I was with the set menu, it was completely tasteless, with a mix match of food that didn’t work together, the experience not only completely ruined Valentine’s Day, it was my first wedding anniversary, I don’t think I will ever make up for. We walked out before the menu completed.
