This was the absolute worst experience! We had reservations for the Christmas experience & they put us in the back private dining area that was minimally decorated and far away from the festive atmosphere up front. There was one bartender back there, a guy with long hair (Chris H?) who told us if we wanted service we would have to go up to the bar because he was by himself. He had no idea what we had pre purchased & we had to tell him we had ordered the s’mores kits. Our first round of drinks took forever, & they came in regular glassware, not the festive/fun glassware they were serving in the main area. Then the bartender disappeared. No one was there to take our orders at the table or at the bar. It literally felt like we were put in the back room away from everyone else having fun as punishment! I had to go up to the front bar to find a bartender who could help us (tall, blonde, Carissa/Kelly?). I told her the situation, and she helped put in a pizza for us. She came all the way to the back to make sure the back bartender put it on my tab. Pizza came, but we still had no server or bartender to order another round of drinks. We had been there an hour and a half. Our other friends joined us and the bartender finally came around to our table. I ordered the eggnog drink. After 30 minutes it never came. Our friends were not able to order drinks either, so I went back to the bartender up front and ordered the eggnog drink from her plus another one for my friend. They came in the festive glassware and tasted great. When I got back to the table, the original eggnog drink I ordered was on the table in a plain glass, not the Christmas tree they were serving it in up front. Everyone up front was having fun, and we were an afterthought in the back. It took forever to get our checks, & the bartender was taking shots with friend at the bar instead of closing us out. He even gave me someone else’s check to sign when he gave my card back. 0/10 recommend. We were so disappointed
