Eek, what to say that is good? Karaoke was a cute touch but was very loud and repetitive. We went Christmas eve for a reservation for 19. We were seated quickly and our server did an average job. But it was 90 minutes before we were served dinner, and 3 diners waited over 15 minutes to be served after the group. No one was served the side of homemade chips, and the runners and server didn't mention it. There is no paper copy of a receipt so you have to do everything while the server stands there and waits. They would only split the bill 4 ways, which we didn't know ahead of time, and one member of the party had to cover over $200 for which we later all had to figure out our shares and Venmo to her. When we let the manager know all the sides were missing, she offered to bring them out, but our plates were being cleared and said she would "take care of it." I don't know what that means but no one spoke to us or adjusted the bill as far as I know. The table wasn't cleared often of used dishes, etc. If you have a large crowd, the seatings are on picnic tables and can accommodate a large crowd, but 2 hours can be tough on those benches for anyone.
The Christmas decor and touches (fake snow machine for the kids!) were nice, place was clean. The food was underwhelming. I liked the mango mocktail for $7. Wine was about $10 a glass.
I would not recommend and would not return.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your visit didn’t meet expectations, especially for such a special occasion. We’re glad you enjoyed the Christmas decorations and mango mocktail. However, I understand your frustration with the service delays and missing sides. I apologize for how we handled the chips and the bill, and I’ll make sure to address these issues with the team to improve communication and attention to detail moving forward.
I truly appreciate your comments and hope you’ll consider giving us another try in the future.
Best regards,
Megan
