Sushi and sashimi doesn’t get much fresher than at Tomi Sushi Singapore - Echigotei. Fish are on display at the front of the restaurant and you can pick out which fish you want, which will then be cooked at your request. Alongside the sushi and sashimi there are also skewers and niigata. The restaurant really offers something for everyone. Sit at the booth with a friend and watch the sushi masters at work. If you’re with family, book a booth for an immersive experience. There’s even an outside open-air terrace that is perfect for a big get-together.
