    Its FRIDAYYYYYY!!!! Every friday night head down to Tommys for Beef birria OR crispy Brussels sprout taco plates (vege options available) as well as bottomless cocktails for 1.5 hours. Perfect way to kick off the weekend. Available for tables of up to 6 guests. Ts+Cs: Food menu is different than our usual offering - and is subject to change. Standard Responsible Service of Alcohol Rules Apply No sculling your drinks You must finish a drink before you order another (no double parking) Please organise transport for after the event Rude or aggressive behaviour will end in exclusion from the venue and future events This is an 18+ event

                      We had high hopes for Tommy Taco. First impressions were positive however, we did not stay to eat based on the very poor quality of the drinks and service. Between my friend and I, we have spent a great deal of time in Mexico City, Oaxaca and southern Texas so we know what Mezcal and a good margarita and other Mexican cocktails should taste like. The four drinks we had coat $86 and were extremely poor quality. Very disappointing and clearly made with inferior ingredients. We did not want to waste any more cash on giving the food a chance. If you can’t get a Tommy Margarita right when you are a taco bar, you’re in the wrong game. I’ve had a better margarita at a dive bar in Texas.

                      Beef tacos are amazing. Everything else, including the cocktails, is below average. Really wanted to like this place. Such a shame.

                      Very instagram hyped but once arrived the outdoor area was less than subpar, servers were out of it and tacos were so bland

                      We went specifically for the birria tacos, we got there to see there was barely anything on the menu and were really confused. We went and asked the staff for them to tell us they ran out of beef and chicken so they weren't serving anything that had chicken or beef in it (which was pretty much the whole menu) including birria tacos of course. We drove 40 mins for this so we were really disappointed we weren't made aware of this before we came. Worse experience!

                      Service was absolutely terrible during a “bottomless” night, next to no patrons and we still couldn’t get consistent service.. bottomless is a lie, you get two tacos and some corn chips, 3 drinks if you’re lucky during the 1.5 hrs.

                      Waited 40 minutes for 3 cold and flavourless tacos. The fish taco was predominately fried batter with very little actual fish, a small bit of unseasoned cabbage served on a dry and stale tortilla. Although I booked in advance for an indoor table, we were seated outside in the cold away from any heaters.

                      Good points - FOH staff were friendly and efficient, nice toilets, good drinks list Weaknesses - food was very disappointing. $14 for unfresh nachos and guacamole. Had the beef, chicken and pork tacos to share. Beef were super greasy Pork was really chewy and barely edible Chicken was OK but would have been better if the tacos were warm. Advised our sever he said he pass the feedback onto the chef but no offer of compensation.
