With an impressive culinary journey spanning 29 years, Chef Daniel has dedicated his life to the restaurant industry, beginning his career at his family restaurant in Brazil at the tender age of 12. He has honed his skills at prestigious establishments such as Blowfish, Lavelle, Mademoiselle, and Ryu.
