   Service was non existent and I left before my meal turned up. Staff kept bringing people in and didn’t have the staff to serve them. I have been going to Tony Ramas for a while now but won’t be returning

   Service do not pay attention to customers, All the Ribs are very good, the Burger was nice presented but everything else on it was bad and such half returned, the cook should really go to other Burger places to learn how to make a tasty burger, this one was crap and price wise not worth even half of what we had to pay for it. The interior needs for sure renovation and restyling, it appears more like a train station grab and Go place rather than a restaurant you prefer to sit and enjoy. Specially at the price level ask compared to similar price level places TR is the worth. So overall there is some work to do before You can call it a decent restaurant and me going there again.

   Waited 30 minutes for drinks orders and had to constantly follow up drinks orders, seemed to be forgotten every time. Same goes for food, waited a very long time for a basic order. Food was nice once received but not worth the wait.

   Tony Roma’s was super busy tonight being a Saturday night & the Kylie concert being on. There was a bit of a wait to get food & the drinks were flat when they arrived, but we were given new drinks & the food, once it came, was absolutely delicious. Very well worth the wait as the staff were lovely. I would definitely book again as a go to before a concert.

   We attended Tony Roma on a very busy evening. Even with a full house the service was great. The food was excellent. Thank you Tony Roma Team.

   We attended Tony Roma's Hay Street on Sunday, 9 February, for a pre-concert meal - yes, that concert that got done in by a fatberg.... We ordered the Steak Flatbread and Potato Skins and for drinks we ordered the Classic Romarita. The Flatbread and drinks were delivered reasonably quickly and I can highly recommend both. The Flatbread had the perfect combination of flavours and the steak was juicy and tender. The Romarita was lovely. Unfortunately, we twice had to remind the waitress that we were still waiting on our Skins. We gave up waiting for it and started our meal. By the time we received the Skins we didn't really had much appetite for it and this maybe accounted for us not enjoying it. Having said that, the Flatbread and Romarita was good enough for me to return there.

    Slowest service I've ever experienced. My meal was wrong and my wife ordered a cocktail whi h was wrong. I ordered a whisky sour, the glass was 100% full of ice. There was no air conditioning, the place was hot and stuffy. Definitely would not recommend and definitely will not be back
