Excellent ambiance, setting, food, service. Superb attn to detail. Waiter Ricardo was spectacular described servings as they came out. Top of the pile rating overall.

We made a reservation on OpenTable and went to the restaurant. Upon arrival it looks like they could not find our reservation but they let us in. They sat us at a small table inside the e view. It was also very dark. After a while we saw many people coming in and going to another part of the restaurant. We decided to see where all these people were going. It turned out that there was a large beautiful outdoor terrasse available with a beautiful fountain. So we asked if we could change table and the manager found us a nice table on the terrace. No the kind of welcome we were expecting having made a reservation. This place caters primarily to the "people" staying at the resort inside the complex were el Toro Is, so if you are an outsider, you apparently get a different treatment. Very.sad. The food was very good, the wine is overpriced, and the service was nice even though a little slow. Our waiter Stefano was very nice. Overall a little too pricy for the money.

This place is overpriced like most Cabo restaurants in hotels. However, the food was really bad. The portions were small and the meat was like a dead horse. this place sucks even for Cabo. They will always have customers, just not me.

Amazing food, ambience and service. Our server Francisco was extremely helpful giving us menu and wine suggestions. The food is incredible.

We love Toro. We have been here many times and it never ever disappoints!! You are greeted warmly. Offered a drink right away and not rushed to order. The jambon appetizer was double ordered for a table of 7 and it was gone! The Caesar salad amazing. Everyone ate every bite of their food with several of us having the fresh sea bass which was outstanding. The desserts-the corn cake? The chocolate cake and the churros all great!! All in all a perfect t night-we closed the place and they never rushed us out. Thank you Toro!
