An exciting new destination for elevated dining has arrived. Chef Richard Sandoval brings his award-winning global Pan Latin Steakhouse concept to Four Seasons Hotel Houston. Rooted in the celebration of the vibrant flavors and convivial dining culture of Central and South America, Toro Toro will offer guests a twist on the contemporary steakhouse experience with Pan-Latin flavors from Rodizio-style Churrasco and creative shareable small plates.

Exceptional beverage options will complement the bold flavors of each dish with an expansive wine list highlighting Latin wines and unique Latin cocktails, all hand-muddled with the freshest ingredients and artful garnishes.

The place is nice but the food is fair with the exception of the chocolate desert that was really good. We ordered the tacos and anticuchos which were ok, and the lomo saltado was also fair. The flavor was good but the beef was a little over cooked. The ceviche peruano was the low point, I have had better ceviche in many cheaper, and less pompous places. The leche de tigre was scarce and the fish seemed like not well prepared. In general I think the ambience was the highlight but the food was very average.

One of our best dining experiences in a long time, considering we dine out frequently. We enjoyed refreshing cocktails at the bar prepared by Kevin before moving to the dining room where we were attentively served by Yuli and her colleagues. The appetizers were so delicious - the swordfish dip, empanada and bison anticucho. We took on the recommendations from their F&B Head Likith and enjoyed sharing entree plates such as the octopus and Toro Toro churascho - the Colorado lamb was just amazing! The Napa Nook bottle of wine recommended by Gary was just the right pairing. We closed out with desserts La Bomba and churros, and got to meet Executive sous chef Jonathan so we could offer our compliments to the chef and his team. Outstanding evening, thank you Four Seasons!

I ordered the prawns and was not impressed. Brussels sprouts and salmon tiradito, were ok but not enough for me to go back

Not inexpensive but VERY, VERY GOOD. Everything was fantastic. A great experience and look forward to next year! By far the best turkey and cheesecake I have ever eaten. Compliments to the chef and staff.
