Not sure what the restaurant can do to control it (maybe ask security to step in?) but people let their kids run wild on the hill next door. If you want to try to eat with 90 minutes of screaming kids tearing up the landscaping in your ear then you’ll love it. Service is amazing. Food is very good.

I have been at the restaurant 4 times with great expectations because I heard very good things, however I find the food to be average every time I go there.

There was a rat that ran under my table. Manager never acknowledged. Paid and left. Could not stomach ordering after the rat. Unsanitary and no communication or apology. They went on like it’s normal. Disgusting.

The food was good, but very pricy. We sat on the patio, which was nice. They add 4% to the bill. The restaurant next door does as well, but it is posted on the door. Two of us ordered veal piccata but subbed chicken. We both subbed vegetables for mashed potatoes due to an allergy. The server did not mention an up charge for veggies. But there was an up charge for both dinners; but no decrease in price for chicken vs, veal. Most of the restaurants list it clearly on the menu and the server will verbally tell you. We were very annoyed. I said something to the manager and the server said, "some people get mad when you mention an up charge." But what would make you more annoyed telling you there is an upcharge or not telling you. Ultimately, the manager took one up charge off the bill and the 4% charge, but seemed very annoyed. We had Chicken Piccata later that weekend at a different restaurant (it was equally as good) for $15 less and no up charge for veggies or 4% charge.

Lack of servers. Food was wrong. Poor waitress was doing the best she could. The host at the door wasn’t friendly at all. The fee they tack on the bill is offensive.

The basic pizza we ordered was delayed because apparently there was a mess up in the kitchen. It took about 15 extra minutes in addition to the regular wait for food to make the pizza again. The pizza was of poor quality equivalent to cheap delivery pizza. We used to go there for the pizza specifically but I guess they switched to cheaper ingredients and didn’t train the new staff. The place seemed 60%empty and service was very slow.

We love this restaurant! The service is always excellent, the food is great and the outdoor patio is so nice. The staff is always so kind and accommodating.

Martini $16 then "UP" another $1 ??? Business Surcharge 4% ????? What are these charges? This is irritating at best and a reason not to go back.

A wonderful restaurant with lots of very nice people always willing to accommodate us. The food is absolutely delicious and authentic. We look forward to our next time there.
