Toshi is a contemporary restaurant of Japanese and Nikkei food located in the heart of San Isidro. Its cuisine, inheritance of Toshiro Konishi, the most important itamae in Peru, focuses on two fundamental ingredients: the delicate selection and deep knowledge of each of the Peruvian inputs used, and the fussion between the technical skill required by traditional Japanese food and its creative freshness.
