Toulouse Café and Bar recalls a Fin de Siecle Parisian Café where you are likely to bump into friends and find yourself in conversations with neighboring tables. At first glance you will notice the bustling activity that characterizes Toulouse: wait staff with wine openers and hot plates of food, people chatting and laughing, the clink of wine glasses… the atmosphere is sophisticated and good moods are contagious. We combine just the right touch of live music amongst a dining setting Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

In the tradition of all fine bistros, Toulouse has imaginative and seasonal menus that provide exactly what its patrons long for: cozy tables open to the street, mouth-watering specialties a la Française, delicious desserts made from scratch and an extensive wine list. Alberto, this needs help quickly. I have been taking clients here for 3-4 years. The last time was bad, and this time was even worse. Unfortunately, I need to find another restaurant for lunch meetings in the Legacy West area. Not one of the four people was able to finish eating their lunch; we just sent it back.

We love Toulouse. My wife and I mostly go alone but we bring our kids as well. The staff is friendly and not overly pushy. Food is superb. If alien explorers find earth and all they do is go to Toulouse as the earth representation of food, i would be ok with that. Would recommend the seared foie gras assuming they have similar diets.

Toulouse is our very favorite special occasion place to dine. From the service to the ambiance to the food, it simply cannot be beat. The menu has so many extraordinary choices that it is difficult to choose. Service is always impeccable, too, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. Whatever you do, do not skip the dessert soufflé!
