I’ve been coming here for years and have seen Toulouse Petit on a gradual decline over the last 4 years. It used to be fantastic. The quality of the food preparation is now terribly disappointing. At brunch the poached eggs for two of our dishes were flat out cold. They must have been prepared and left sitting for 5-10 minutes (not under a heat lamp) before arriving at the table. The beignets were ok but not as fluffy and pillowy as the used to be. The potatoes were mediocre and tasted like they had been made an hour or more before serving. And the service was friendly but not very experienced. They spilled water and replaced the overfilled glass but didn’t wipe up the water. And they got the little things wrong like bringing out the beignets first and later the plates to serve them on. I expect much better both because Toulouse Petit has been far better in every way, and because the prices warrant that expectation. I’m sad to say I won’t be back until I hear that they’re back making great food again.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

Friendly enough service, but the kitchen must have screwed up our order and only 3 of our 4 plates came out on time. A lot of awkward waiting before we finally just shared our food. Food is hit or miss and the misses aren’t really worth the price.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

We went on Thanksgiving Day which is probably not a good time to go. It was a loud and cold but I'm old. We were seated immediately even though we were early. We had a very nice table and our server was very good. We saw a sign and the server told us that there would be an automatic 20% service charge because of the holidays? On top of that, there is a 5% charge. My lamb burger was a little dry, didn't understand the side salad with an onion underneath it? The frites were not great for a place like this. I got a scramble with squash and pork cheeks. The food was bland and the squash was not cooked enough. Worst of all, after I left the restaurant, I got a stomachache. And all of this for over $40! The only nice thing about this restaurant was the ambience.請問這對你有幫助嗎?
