Tracé is the gastronomic restaurant of Chef Clément Vergeat. Located close to Palais Royal and Opéra, it offers a casual chic gastronomic experience in a relaxed and intimate setting. Tracé offers tasting menus, accompanied by an eclectic and carefully curated wine cellar.

We can accommodate most common dietary restrictions, please let us know when booking. For parties of 7 or more, please contact us by email or phone.

    A perfectly peaceful evening with unassuming Michelin star delivery. The service was attentive and complemented by wonderfully imaginative courses. Loved each iteration of dinner, which was a blend of fresh ingredients, and balanced textures and temperatures. Embodied a true devotion to culinary arts. A true hidden treasure in Paris which more people need to discover.

    What a treat! Impeccable service. Outstanding food. Only thing we didn’t care for was sweetbreads—If you don’t want offal, make sure to let them know in advance. Also recommend the wine pairing—it really added to the amazing experience.

    L’équilibre dans l’assiette, au travers des différents accords et grâce à la justesse du directeur de salle. L’excellence sans prétention qui transporte de l’amuse bouche à l’ultime note sucrée-saké. C’est précis, engagé, délicat ; on se laisse porter et on adore.     Remarquable restaurant, incroyablement constant dans la qualité de ses plats tant au niveau des saveurs, des textures que du visuel. Service impeccable et poétique grâce au charmant Félix qui nous invite au voyage avant même la dégustation. Un jeune chef discret et humble malgré son indiscutable talent.     Tracé is not to be missed. Tracé provides an Inventive, refined and delicious 5 course meal that really didn't miss a step. We had an excellent time and will be back. This is truly an unforgettable restaurant that merits the price tag associated with it. Underpinning the entire experience was a talented front of house waiter who knew the wine and food menu intimately and guided through our culinary adventure with consummate ease. In short, Tracé is mega, keep up the good work, we will be back.
