Our culinary team is lead by Food & Beverage Director Chef Jason Biega and Chef de Cuisine Ali Adamczyk. Our kitchen staff focuses on each and every dish that leaves our kitchen, dressed to impress both visually and in flavor and proportion. Our service team is lead by Ana Dolaskie- an expert in service delivery. Ownership remains involved daily, and promotions between Roam Inn and Tracey's (within Roam Inn) are offered regularly to make for an incredible stay in the Munising area. Tracey's and Roam Inn are locally owned and operated.

Everything we had was very good. For an appetizer my husband and I split the loaded fingerling potatoes. He got the whitefish chowder. I tried his and ate the rest of it and I don’t even like fish. We also shared the surf & turf and it was excellent and just enough. Again there was a fish on there and I even enjoyed that as well. Our drinks were even great. I got unsweetened tea and my husband got 2 glasses of Merlot. Lastly, we got the creme brûlée and it was good. The inside of the restaurant is very nice. It makes up the first floor of a hotel and the restroom was lovely.
