                                                  We arrived 15 min earlier than our reservation time and despite the availability of many tables for 4, the employee at the door refused to seat us for 15 min. When I pushed back just a little, he offered us to sit and wait at the bar….Despite tables being available !!!!! Being regular Reunion Resort residents, we have been to that restaurant over 10 times in past few years and NEVER EVER got such terrible service. The gentleman with the pony tail at the door on Feb 17 after 3pm should either get some serious customer service training or simply be FIRED.

                                                  Food was decent but they were out of the item I wanted. Service was excellent. A bit loud with the live music, hard to have a conversation. But the musician was great. I would go again.

                                                  Traditions Restaurant offered a decent dining experience, but there's room for improvement. The food was okay, nothing particularly outstanding, but also nothing to complain about. However, the water tasted like it needed filtering. The most significant issue was the noise level. With golfers preparing for a tournament, the restaurant was quite loud, making conversation difficult. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing meal, this might not be the best choice, especially during tournament prep times.

                                                  Very helpful staff. We asked for outdoor seating and there was a large celebration going on. The manager asked us if we wanted to move indoors to a quiet table but we decided to stay outside. It was very kind of staff to try to make us more comfortable.

                                                  Staff was welcoming and attentive. Servers are all pleasant and professional! Food is always prepared extraordinarily well! It’s our go-to restaurant while at Reunion every winter!
