Stopped in after the Tenement Museum. Cute little spot but poor seating options if you are more than 2 people ( we were 3). One option was in front of the door which we declined. The 3 of us squeezed into a table of 2. Split the rice balls which were very good. Cacio e Pepe was good and pasta ragu also good . I had the eggplant tripazzino which was tasty. The server was sweet but totally inattentive. Not a bad experience, just underwhelming.

I love Trapizzino. However our server experience was poor. They didn’t check on us and we had to remind them several times about our entrees. One of the very good servers offered us a round of shots as a gesture, which we appreciated. Otherwise wonderful spot and I plan to return.

A good local bar for a Roman Style meal. Manu consists mostly of small portions except for the pastas. Good vibe too.

Great place with an interesting menu. Service and atmosphere were attentive and relaxed. The waiter gave great suggestions for my dietary needs, offering a side of filling from the trapezzini since I am gluten free. There are already several really good GF options, but this is a bonus. A very cute place with tasty food and nice drinks.

Stumbled upon this little gem as I made my way back to Brooklyn Friday afternoon. Was warmly greeted by friendly gentleman who answered a few questions I had regarding menu and reservations. Returned later that evening for dinner with son and his girlfriend. The service and atmosphere was great. The food was even better! We tried a few appetizers and pasta dishes and enjoyed them all!!! Definitely coming back!!!

Super cute ambiance and the bread was exceptional in every single context. Pasta was also well made. Some of the other items left something to be desired in terms of execution - ratios were off on their signature bread pockets, meatballs / most round, fried things felt overcooked - little things that added up to make the experience good, not great. Staff was excellent and I'd definitely give this place another try in the hopes that it just wasn't the best night because we had a lovely time.
