Grazie ai suoi 57 anni di attività e una passione nel riproporre la vera cucina toscana la trattoria I Fratellini è riconosciuta come "Esercizio Storico Fiorentino"
Nel 2018 la trattoria è stata rilevata da Lorenzo Dei con l'aiuto di alcuni collaboratori con il particolare desiderio di tramandare la storia del ristorante riproponendo le ricette di una volta, apprestandosi a diventare un punto di riferimento culinario del quartiere e non solo.
Punto forte, il camino a legna, uno degli ultimi rimasti in centro e che regala sapori unici con il girarrosto e la vera bistecca alla brace.
Utilizzo di prodotti a km 0, tra cui la produzione propria di salumi.
Puntiamo sulla qualità e non sul proporre menu turistici. Provare per credere!

    Beef tartare appetizer was fantastic. Service was excellent. Dining area got a little smoky from customers standing directly outside the front door smoking and the smoke drifted inside as a result but otherwise a great experience

    My husband and I were looking to eat somewhere for our last night in Florence. It was late so made reservations based on reviews I saw online. I’m a very patient person and normally I don't mind waiting and if service is slow enough for even me to notice, I check whether the restaurant is especially busy or if there's some other issue. This was not the case and had to look for someone to provide us a table and waited way too long to receive mediocre food and service. They seemed to care more for the locals than foreigners and it’s a shame since it looked like a nice place but located in a not so travelled street.

    This was our most expensive meal in Florence but definitely not one of the best. Fiorentine steak was tasty but chewy. Gnudi were fine but a tiny portion and quite expensive.
