Outside, the open courtyard offers a shady spot for a cool drink near the freshwater infinity pool, where diners can perch on a stool at the outdoor bar and watch an expert pizzaiolo make and twirl a wood-fired pizza from scratch. Each Monday evening Sull'Albero plays host to Borgo Santo Pietro's gourmet Farmers' Market.
