Trazo 1810 is a casual dining restaurant located in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The restaurant overlooks the Parish of San Miguel de Arcangel, one of the most beautiful Parish in Mexico, and sits at the roof top of a historic colonial building Hotel Boutique Casa 1810. Trazo 1810 one of the 120 best restaurants in Mexico, for its creative cuisine, it has been included in the Guide to Gastronomic Mexico the 120 restaurants 2020 & 2021. The restaurant during that time it has evolved considerably, both in food and in experience. Today Trazo 1810 is characterized by its attention to detail and the diner’s experience. Social commitment to the local trade in organic products, since ❝almost all of the ingredients that we use in Trazo’s cuisine are from local producers, ranches near San Miguel de Allende and organic street markets that we constantly attend.❞

    Cenamos mi esposo y yo un jueves. El lugar estaba muy tranquilo. La atención fue excelente. La hostess y el mesero fueron súper amables. La comida muy buena. Algo elevados los precios, pero…. estás en SMA! Si estuvieras en una ciudad menos turística estarían un 25% más baratos los platillos. Decidimos disfrutar de la noche y de la buena comida y la atención. Si lo recomiendo!!! Volvería sin dudar!

    El lugar está perfecto, una gran vista, los meseros muy serviciales y amables, te dan una entrada que es pan con aceite de oliva y queso de cabra, esta delicioso, la comida wow, muy rica. En general todo muy bien.

    Some of the best food we've had in San Miguel. The food is Excel only by the service. Do yourself a favor and try this place. You won't be disappointed
