Led by Chef Evan Funke, Tre Dita, Italian for "three fingers", pays homage to the precise measurement of bistecca Fiorentina.
If booking in the dining room at Tre Dita, you will enjoy a menu of antipasti, handmade pastas, signature entrees and steaks. If booking in the Bar Tre Dita, you will enjoy a smaller menu of stuzzi, antipasti, handmade pastas and entrees. The full cocktail, wine list and dessert menu is available in both locations.

Adjacent to Tre Dita is Bar Tre Dita, an elegant lounge with expansive seating and a marble bar. With a focus on Italian spirits and whiskies from around the world, Bar Tre Dita serves St. Regis signature cocktails, Italian wines and specialty cocktails. A menu features antipasti, handmade pastas, a selection of entrees and desserts.
Please note a reservation at Bar Tre Dita will be at a lounge table (not at the bar top).

The “cucina Toscana” serves antipasti, handmade pastas and a seasonal selection of steak and dishes from its wood-fired grill. Guests will enjoy sweeping views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and Navy Pier from 40 foot windows.

Reservations made from 9:00PM – 10:30PM are invited to enjoy the full dinner menu a la carte, as well as a complimentary toast of champagne to start the celebrations! The experience includes:
- A Chef’s Selection of Stuzzi
- Sweet pistachio and nutella Cornettos to enjoy the morning after.
- Toast in the New Year with a glass of Champagne and Navy Pier fireworks at midnight.
A 150.00 booking fee applies per guest, plus tax and gratuity. The cost of dinner is not included in the per person booking fee. The table is reserved for the full evening.
