Led by Chef Evan Funke, Tre Dita, Italian for "three fingers", pays homage to the precise measurement of bistecca Fiorentina.

If booking in the dining room at Tre Dita, you will enjoy a menu of antipasti, handmade pastas, signature entrees and steaks.
If booking in the Bar Tre Dita, you will enjoy a smaller menu of stuzzi, antipasti, handmade pastas and entrees.
The full cocktail, wine list and dessert menu is available in both locations.

Please note that Tre Dita only accepts reservations 7 days in advance.

With a focus on Italian spirits and whiskies from around the world, Bar Tre Dita serves St. Regis signature cocktails, Italian wines and specialty cocktails. A menu features antipasti, handmade pastas, a selection of entrees and desserts. Please note a reservation at Bar Tre Dita will be at a lounge table (not at the bar top).

The “cucina Toscana” serves antipasti, handmade pastas and a seasonal selection of steak and dishes from its wood-fired grill. Guests will enjoy sweeping views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and Navy Pier from 40 foot windows.

Stylish & chic with exceptional service. Lovely after theater spot for drinks & small plates off of the bar menu. The POLPETTE DI BRASATO ( short rib meatballs ) were perfectly seasoned, slightly crisp in a delicious braised meat sauce . The BRUSCHETTA DI ZUCCA ( butternut squash caponata ) was also delicious.

The Gnocchi Fritti and Focaccia was to die for! The Pici Cacio E Pepe was light yet flavorful and filling. The drinks were good! I would suggest making a reservation and keeping in mind you may still have to wait. But trust me it’s worth the wait! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!!!

So happy I got to try this place. I've been seeing it all over TikTok and got a late reservation but we'll worth it. My table was ready 30 minutes early and the service was top notch. I made a note my mom was visiting Chicago for the first time and they personally made her feel welcomed. The food was 10/10. The views from our table was gorgeous. A wonderful way to end my yearly trip to Chicago and my Mom's first visit. Definitely will be back.

This was the "Night in Verona" which was basically a wine tasting event with banquet/family-style food. I don't think it was a fair representation of the restaurant as a whole. The wine service was scarce to say the least and refills were constantly being requested which resulted in another splash or two at most. They clearly had a limited supply. The total amount of wine served was maybe 2.5 glasses per person, which would be fine except for the price. Food was very good but like any banquet style meal I think private dining would've been far better. The only other downside was that "family style" literally meant family style as in sharing large platters with people you don't know. The thing is I called ahead of time to get clarification on this point, due to health concerns among other things, and was clearly told that no, everyone would be served individually. It turned out fine, the other people were great and we weren't concerned, but honestly all I wanted was to try out this restaurant which gets rave reviews and is impossible to get a table at on weekends, and I don't think I got a representative experience. I would go back for sure but I couldn't recommend one of these special family style events in light of the price and other downsides.

Unpleasant Valentine’s Day Experience at Tre Dita – Disappointing Service & Flavorless Food From the moment we were seated, our server, David, made us feel like an afterthought. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even the bare minimum of decent service. He barely acknowledged us, had a cold and indifferent attitude, and acted as if we were inconveniencing him whenever we asked a question about the menu. He didn’t care to talk about the menu until we asked. Part of the valentines event was a sweet treat to take home with you, David didn’t not make effort to get the to us although we asked. we expected at least a decent level of hospitality but didn’t get that.

Absolute rip off. Very little food, no real servers or explanation of anything you were eating. Forgotten items. Shared plates but you only got two bites. Clearly a money making night and a reason to not come back here. Awful experience for the price.

Booked the place almost 2 months in advance, requested a seat atleast next to the window.. again 2 mos in advance i requested that. i know its a special day for everyone but we came early there was a lot of seats available inside and by the window. this lady indian looking who is in charge of the seats decided to seat us one step from the reception area where everyone is walking behind you. I requested twice they rejected until the 3rd time which then she gave me an attitude then requested for me to sit back then finally transferred us to a different table i mean atleast this time by the window. anyway our server was good. food.. average. hostess doesnt even care, no considerations. maybe she didnt have date on valentines. k
