   The ambiance was perfect - big tables, fun games to play, easy to get in with a big group. But it was easy to see why it wasn’t crowded once the food came. Ordered a burger medium well and it came practically raw in the middle. No big deal, mistakes happen. Sent it back, after a long wait it came back exactly the same. Manager said that’s all they could do because they fry frozen burgers so can’t cook them all the way through. Not acceptable answer. They comped us the cost of the burger but that wasn’t enough to make up for the disappointing experience and making our whole party late while they tried to make it right with a third dinner option. Someone call Bar Rescue. They need John Taffer.

   love treadwell — great casual option + always happy with quality of the food. plethora of bar games available alongside tvs in every direction. grab a cold one with friends + family and enjoy all around

   This was the best experience for my family’s Christmas trip to NYC while we were shopping and seeing Christmas sights, trying to watch Chiefs game Saturday with kids. We played games, had some beverages and lunch, and watched the game. Such fun!!!

   Food was great! Service was a bit slow though. Our server never came back unless we flagged her down. I was there celebrating my birthday, and they brought me an ice cream sundae in the middle of my meal. The sundae was delicious and I appreciated the celebration, but the timing was just poor. I wasn’t sure what to do with this ice cream sundae while I still had a whole omelette to eat.

   I wish I could say I’d go back because the food was great but the service was AWFUL! We barely saw our server, he was annoyed at how long it took my daughter to decide what she wanted and it was obvious and to top it off, he let me order extra fries when they already came with the burgers as ordered. I didn’t see “with fries” like the other option so I ordered some on the side. The server just didn’t care. I had to go into the restaurant just to get the check so we wouldn’t miss the fireworks. It was a terrible experience..

   I had such a great time here ! The service was super nice. I had a few questions about beer tastings and what was their favorite dishes and the server was able to answer me with patience and ease. The food deserves l 5 stars ! The chicken dish was so delicious and juicy, and the purée was out of this world

   We made a reservation for 3:45pm and as we were given the option, selected outdoor dining. Upon arriving at 3:45pm, we were told that there were no seats available outside and would need to wait 30-40 minutes, despite there being several completely unused tables which the restaurant I guess decided not to utilize? Why allow for reservations and give the option of outdoor as an option if there would be such a long wait? We left and went to Sixpoint down the street and were very glad we did.

    My second time here. A fun, casual place with friendly staff, good food and service. But the overall four star rating is because of the noise level. It’s quite loud and difficult to carry on a conversation.
