Housed within an old Bank in Melbourne's financial district, we are a big, classic, semi-underground Wine Store, Bar, Restaurant & Function Space specialising in northern Italian food. We have a weekly specials menu that is constantly on the move and could feature anything from Hand Made Giant Ravioli to Tea Smoked Roast Duck. Some a la carte menu highlights include the Treviso pizza, which pairs tiger prawns with smoky bacon & chilli, and the Linguine with Fresh Crab. And to drink? Owner & Wine Expert James is the Sommelier for Jetstar's Star Class Cabin so you know you're in safe hands.

    Enjoyed the meal but the dishes, whilst tasty ,were small. My seafood risotto was full of clams but only one rot two prawns.

    On arrival for our annual dining visit to Treviso, we enjoyed a warm welcome and as we were escorted to our table. After sitting down we again admired the decor around this homely basement establishment. As expected the restaurant was full of customers, and they all seemed to be happy socialising while enjoying their fine Italian meals. I delighted in my prawn & kingfish arancini while enjoying a refreshing Italian beer. The food delivered was timely and presented perfectly. My wife said her gnocchi was deliciously delectable. The pasta dish I had was sublimely sensational. There was a tremendous selection of reasonably priced wines. The Mt Langi Ghiran Shiraz we chose, perfectly complemented our meal. My pescatarian partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the mouth tantalising sensations - our taste-buds were purely sated. At the same time we also appreciated the restaurant's warm, friendly, efficient and very hospitable staff. This was another joyful dining experience, which felt both very relaxed and homely - another amazingly immersive and memorable gastronomic Treviso pleasure time.
