   Our dinner , Trout Trilby, which we both had, was excellent . We had Bananas Foster for desert, prepared by our waitress, Jill. It also was excellent. In addition, Jill is a wonderful waitress.

   Excellent service, atmosphere and the food was outstanding. Our server was very knowledgeable and recommended a wine that went well with our meal. I had the Trout Trilby and was not disappointed! A great dining experience!

   From the moment we walked in my husband and I were created with true Southern hospitality. This always refreshing when you are a Southern and you meet fellow like-minded individuals. Our table treated us to our very own “name cards”, nice touch, Trilby’s 😉 Our server, Travis, well yeah, Travis was on top of his job and came with a very professional and very pleasant demeanor. From his tone, smile, and recommendations. The food, was an experience that now has us wanting to go back and try the other options. My husband had the ribeye, cooked at his norm, rare, and it was exceptionally perfect! I had the redfish cooked blackened and it was just as delectable. I would give this Resturant, a 100 if it was an option.

   As usual, Trilby’s was on point! From the Mary Pickford cocktail to the Glorie Be Chocolate and everything in between; they always knock it out of the park! We know that we can count on Trilby’s to deliver a memorable evening. The ambience is perfect- (lighting is just right to set the mood & music is tasteful and enjoyable for the whole family, at a volume that allows for intimate conversation, while still keeping pace with the flow of the dining experience). We’ve tried nearly every item on the menu and have been pleased with every morsel, but there are some dishes that are a consistent favorite (crab cakes, French onion soup, filet mignon, and calamari- just to name a few)! I’m looking forward to our next visit, even if I have to invent a special occasion to come celebrate!! LOL!

   Wonderful spot for a date night or special occasions. There’s even a private room that looks to hold 13-14 people easily. Nick and his staff were just fantastic and personable. The bacon wrapped figs paired with the Sardinia white wine was a hit. The red fish Ponchatrain topped with a pan fried soft-shell crab was prepared perfectly. The freshest seafood on the coast whit out a doubt You will not be disappointed

    Our experience at Trilbys was very enjoyable. The staff was courteous with a nice interaction. The dinner was prompt and hot, which we appreciated. Will definitely go back. Although a little pricey, e plans to go back for special occasions.
