    I love their onion soup. It is perfect. I also had the crabmeat au gratin. So far, their version has been the best I have had in a long time.The service was perfect. Every one is friendly from the lady at the desk to all the wait staff. The decor is beautiful and elegant. The little touches mean a lot when you feel like have a special time.

    We arrived a little early for our reservation, and the staff allowed us to sit inside and wait even though they weren't open quite yet The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. My waitress was truly awesome. I definitely recommend that you go there. I will go back in the future

    We did not make it to Trilby’s before their 8:30 closing of the kitchen. My son flew in that night and I called them to say we would be 5-10 minutes late for our 8:30 reservation! They said No.. kitchen was closed! No exceptions!

    I had an excellent meal at Trilby’s. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for everyone on the menu. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening out. Highly recommend.

    A great restaurant for that special night out. Not only was the food delicious, the service and food presentation were top notch. The restaurant is lovely with soft lighting. White tablecloths, soft music . The price is reasonable for a good dining experience. I had the trout, the other party had the filet mignon. Bananas foster topped off our meal. Will be back, are you reading this stuff?

    This restaurant was an incredible experience, especially for our first visit. We had the steak, which was cooked to perfection—better than what you’d find at high-end steakhouses. We also tried the redfish, my go-to dish almost anywhere, and it was the best I’ve had in years. Many restaurants overdo the blackened seasoning, but here, it was perfectly balanced. We’ll definitely be back soon!

    The food is amazing the staff is beyond stellar. We eat there weekly. Sometimes it can be a little noisy but that’s OK. Ocean springs has a very swanky/dare I say sexy restaurant within minutes to downtown. Trust me when I say if you have an allergy they will do everything and I mean everything to take care of you and your health. Seafood is cooked separately and they have separate fryers for your fries and anything else you wish to order. This restaurant is a must for a date night FYI they have specials on a Thursday just for this. Andddddd their Saturday brunch try the biscuits and gravy everything made from scratch. And the cocktails well you have to find out for yourself lol. This restaurant is a MUST
