True Blue Cuisine Singapore celebrates all-things Peranakan. Specialising in authentic and delicious Peranakan cuisine as well as showcasing the culture, lifestyle and history of the Peranakan people, True Blue Singapore is a haven for lovers of this iconic style of dining. Located in City Hall along Armenian Street, you can expect to find traditional fare served in three dining spaces all designed with impressive Peranakan art and furniture that creates a charming ambience. In terms of the menu, True Blue does not serve any pork or lard-based dishes, but instead offers delicious signature dishes including rendang sapi of beef simmered in a flavoursome coconut sauce; chap chye of cabbage stewed with vermicelli glass noodles, fungus and mushrooms, and plenty more besides. A favourite for good reason, book a table now at True Blue, located just next to the Peranakan Museum – you won’t be disappointed.
