True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. The food was bland. I tried the Brussel sprouts, turkey burger, side salad, and Mac & cheese.

Food is overpriced for the value. The portions are under average and lack seasoning.

We always have a great meal and excellent service at this location. This time was no different. There was a super minor “issue” with one of the meals that was quickly rectified by the kitchen.

Coffee was cold and burnt. Food wasn’t tasty and needed lots of condiments and salt to make it taste better. The waiter was nice but seemed stressed and made excuses, and we could all feel it. Overall I won’t be returning to this restaurant and hope they work on improving for the future’s.

Excellent service and food. Prices are high especially the wine, for what you get, it’s b this atmosphere. Lighting could be adjusted for nighttime, add some plants and decor. Feels diner like.

Excellent food - like really excellent. I would say a bit pricey for lunch, but the menu is the same for lunch and dinner. It is worth paying a little more for really high quality ingredients!

Got cup of the seasonal soup, chicken parm and meatloaf suppers-chicken parm was excellent, meatloaf could have been better-warmer and appeared to be an end type piece overall good meal we will be back.
