True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our Chicago guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. Delicious food, as always. The manager handled a difficult and delicate situation with a mother who had a constantly screaming child very sensitively and effectively.

Our server was great, food delicious and they give you a free dessert off the menu if it is your birthday.

True Food’s service and food is always good and consistent. The restaurant is open and modern making it an easy spot for conversation. It’s one of my top go-to restaurants when I want healthy and easy.

First time and I don’t know why! We should have come here a long time ago. Food was fresh, tasty, and they were excellent being aware of and handling food allergies. Their seasonal pizza was so good! And vegan! Delish! We will definitely go again.

La comida es rica pero tardaron mas de una hora en traernos 3 platillos Y no entiendo que les digas tus alergias y no puedan replicar una salsa solo sin ponerle hongos a la salsa

I had a great burger and my wife really liked her chicken wrap. She had a hair in her salad though.
