Bar service was exceptionally slow. Table service was also very slow the entire visit. It took us two hours total to have a couple drinks get food and then eventually finally be able to pay for the tab. I don’t believe the restaurant had enough staff scheduled.

Overall, not worth the expense. Our appetizers were cold and nobody in our group was super impressed.

I love the food at True Food! Today our server, Mark, was wonderful--attentive but not hovering! Allowed us to have a great conversation with delicious food and not feel rushed to leave the table.

They use quality ingredients but being out of chicken really limited the options for some of our group. Prices are high for what you get and our waters were never refilled.

We come here because they don’t cook in seed oil, and the food always tastes great. I had the meatloaf. It was a recommendation of the waiter and that was one on my list to get. It was the perfect portion for me (6’5, 200 lbs). Carrots, mushrooms and fingerling potatoes. Very good flavor. My wife had the Sustainable Salmon over rice pilaf. I had the rest of hers since she could not eat it all. She was very happy with the meal. A glass of a red blend from Italy capped it off for both of us. We will be back soon, thank you True Food!

Unfortunately we were not fans of the food overall. My husband enjoyed the meatloaf but the Mac n cheese we got our 5 year old was horrible. It was literally noodles with maybe a tiny bit of cheese and butter. It was so plain she couldn’t even eat it. My pizza was tasteless but I liked the crust. My child would only take a few bites of it. There weren’t any toppings on it really. The ambiance was nice but wasn’t worth it for the food. We were excited to try some place that has healthier options but this was not good.

Sat at the bar and enjoyed wine, gauc, soup and a pizza. The service by Luke (and Maggie) was great!!

First of all, Alex, our waiter, was top level! We had two older family members and he was very patient and attentive. All, and I mean ALL details were caught and delivered. This was our first time to True Food and the food was excellent. Proportions were good, not overdone or too small, and the freshness of the ingredients and unique recipes were great. Personal note—don’t put mushrooms in the Brussels Sprouts! Ambience was good too. For a large open restaurant and on a busy night, the noise level was still good. We could enjoy our table company without having to shout. Great family dinner out (and Alex really was amazing).
