True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Located at the King of Prussia, a Simon Mall. The food was delicious and you could eat a lot without feeling bad about it because everything was freshly made and healthy! We’ll be going back!

Brunch was OK but needed salt. It would be nice to have a bacon option.

We come here often. We get seated right away. The food and drinks are always good and I like that it’s better quality ingredients, etc. I have celiac and they are very knowledgeable.

I always love the food at True Food Kitchen. The service was good, prompt and enthusiastic about Dr Weil’s approach to health and diet. The room can be loud and not conducive to conversation, but we were there on a slow midafternoon so not a problem today.

Went for the first time with my daughter. Our drinks; The Indigo and Peach Mojito were great! We had a lasagna bolognese and a salmon bowl. The food was great as well however, the service was subpar. The waitress made us feel like we were in a highway dive vs a nice restaurant. It felt rushed and just there. We were celebrating a birthday and we didn’t felt attended to.

The food was really delicious. The turkey burgers had really good taste, usually hard to find in turkey burgers. A good varoof alcoholic drinks , which were very good . Service by Bella was superb. Very attentive and friendly The desserts in general were good, except for the chocolate cookie, which felt dry
