True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Thought and care go into the recipes and preparation. Great meatloaf, air-fried chicken, vegetarian bowls and sides. Plus a pleasing, high-ceilinged abundant-air vibe.

The food was great as usual, as was our server. The restaurant was packed and given it’s only one large open room with tiled floors it is loud.

I recently visited True Food Kitchen, and overall, it was a great experience! The menu offers a variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that cater to different dietary preferences. I especially loved the Chinese Chicken salad – it was very flavorful. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is modern yet cozy. The only issue we had was that the service was a bit slow during peak hours, but nothing too drastic. We will definitely be coming back to try more dishes.

Went to True Food Kitchen and had a wonderful time with good food even though the start was not the best. After waiting for 10 minutes and not seeing anyone, went to the checking desk to see what is going on. It turned out that some waiters had not shown up. Other people pitched in especially the bartender and everything went great. We will be back.
