True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Went to True Food Kitchen and had a wonderful time with good food even though the start was not the best. After waiting for 10 minutes and not seeing anyone, went to the checking desk to see what is going on. It turned out that some waiters had not shown up. Other people pitched in especially the bartender and everything went great. We will be back.

Restaurant was just about empty, but the service was still slow and terrible. Food, while take a while, is reliably good

Great food. Excellent customer service. Love the non alcoholic drink selection. Excellent vegan food but also great beef and chicken options.

Food was amazing with more healthier options. We ordered bread and Hummus for appetizer , Grass fed beef burger with green salad and ancient bowl for entree. They were so good . Ambience so nice and quiet

Love it every time! Love the way the food is so fresh and makes me feel amazing! And they secretly stock the Drumheller wine that we love!

Food was excellent but, service was soooooo slow. Management makes some big mistakes such as having our server prepare drinks and tend the bathroom in addition to her number one job of taking orders and serving food. This is clearly a situation where employees are not being used efficiently and effectively.

I have eaten here a handful of times and enjoyed every meal. So delicious, so healthy! My only issue is that the noise level is high when the restaurant is full, but that is more a personal limitation than anything critical of the restaurant.
