True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you.     Wonderful service, terrific food. John was our server and had a great sense of humor. It was a first date dinner that went quite well. The only small complaint that I would have is it did get a bit noisy so we were having to speak very loudly to hear each other but this was a Saturday evening at 7.

    Loved the whole menu as it was difficult to ick. We started with the Brussel sprouts and they were so full of delicious flavor. My friend said she could just come here for that! Then I have the Quinoa bowl with air fried chicken and she have a past dish. They were so amazing - so surprise asI love this place> It was my friend's first time as she really enjoyed it too!

    Food is extremely consistent.Had a great salad with lots of healthy ingredients. I’m going to get the dressing on the side as at times they put on more than I would prefer. Service was a little bit slow for a not too busy Saturday night. Overall, a pretty good experience.

    Usually love this place and their food, but on this visit, they missed the mark. Slow service and overcooked, dry food proved too much for the price for us. We will probably be back sometime, but it might be awhile before we are willing to give them another chance.
